Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Made To Lactate Products:

  1.  When you have ordered and made payment for any item to “Made To Lactate (Pty) Ltd”, you will receive an email to confirm your order.
  2. Should you wish to cancel your order, the customer must email the reason for cancellation to the Made To Lactate’s Manager.

Change of order:

Orders can be changed to another product to the same value.  Should the value be more, the difference must be paid in. 

Returning of Product:

If you are dissatisfied with Made To Lactate’s products would like to return the product, the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Please email a written explanation to state the reason why you would like to return the goods. Email to: info@madetolactate.co.za
  2. ⁠We reserve the right to add a cancellation fee according to the cancellation guidelines stated in clause 1 of the “Returns and Cancellation Policy” which forms part of the “Terms and Conditions”
  3. ⁠Should the reason of return be a valid reason, a refund will only be made to you once the product/s have been returned to the premises of “Made To Lactate” after thorough inspection. Any damages to the products will be calculated and will be for the customer’s account.

The cost to have the goods returned to “Made To Lactate” will be for the customer’s expense. “Made To Lactate (Pty) Ltd” will not be liable for any courier costs, or any other costs incurred by yourself, to have the goods returned to “Made To Lactate (Pty) Ltd”.

On receipt of the product/s, the manager will inspect the product/s, all damages will be for the customer’s account.

By processing your payment to Made to Lactate, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding any returns of your purchases.
